Orders over $100 and under 10kg total shipping weight have FREE Standard Shipping Australia wide!! Orders under $100 or over 10kg are charged at a low rate, depending on your location and the full weight of the items ordered. Shipping can be calculated on each product page underneath the Add to Cart button. Simply provide your postcode and enter the quantity of items and your postage will be calculated. Alternatively, if you have multiple different items to purchase, add them to your cart and click View Cart in the top right-hand corner to view postage charges.
At Ready Pet Go, we use the Australia Post e-Parcel System to deliver most of our products. If your order is especially urgent, you can choose to have your parcel shipped Express Parcel Post for faster delivery. Due to the value of some of our products, we highly recommend a signature at collection on all parcels.
If your order is placed before 2pm AEST on any business day, your order will be dispatched that same day! Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and Public Holidays are dispatched the next business day. This excludes pre-orders or custom order products.
This depends on when you place your order, your location and your method of delivery. Most metro areas will see orders in 3-5 business days, regional areas can see up to 10 business days with e-parcel. Express Post can be 1-2 days for Metro areas or 3-5 days for regional areas. Please note: Ready Pet Go does not take responsibility for any delivery delays outside of our control. We will ship as advised using the best method possible, however, any delays due to the courier provider are outside of our control and will not be reimbursed for. Once your order leaves our warehouse, any delays are out of our control, but we will do our best to help out in these situations to ensure you are provided with the best customer experience possible.
We ship throughout Australia and its territories. Please contact us if you are outside of Australia and wish to order our products.
Yes, we can! Using the Australia Post Network for most of our items, we can deliver to a PO Box or Parcel Locker. Larger items such as ramps and crates will use a courier service, and cannot be delivered to a PO box.
At Ready Pet Go, we offer a no-questions-asked 60-day Money Back Guarantee on all unused and unopened items purchased from us. If you get the product home and you decide you do not want to keep it, or your circumstances change, you have the option to return it to us. You will need to contact us on 1300 483 179 within the 60-day time period and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. To be eligible for your refund, your product must be returned to our mailing address within 14 days of receiving the RMA. As soon as we receive the product, we will process your refund.
- An admin processing fee of 5% of the purchase price will be charged on all returned items.
- The cost of returning the item is up to the purchaser. If the order is sent back Return To Sender, we will deduct a $20 Return To Sender Fee charged to us by Australia Post.
- The cost to ship the item out to you will not be refunded (or calculated in the 5% admin fee). If you had free shipping, we will deduct the cost of what the shipping would have been.
- Any cash on delivery parcels sent to Ready Pet Go will be refused and sent back to you at your cost.
- Any item that has been removed from its original packaging and/or used in any way is not covered by our 60-day money back guarantee policy.
We guarantee to match any Australian competitors advertised price at the time of purchase (excludes auction sites). This price is inclusive of all postage and handling costs. Differing warranties, guarantees and terms of purchase through competitors are also taken into account when considering price matching.
All products sold by Ready Pet Go are protected by Australian Warranties to cover manufacturing faults and are covered for 12 months unless otherwise stated. Items confirmed faulty will be either replaced or repaired. In no event shall Ready Pet Go be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of this Product.
